Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was superb, just a stone's throw away from the shopping area and train station with plenty of shops and restaurants around. The room I stayed in was fabulous, spacious, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The service was exceptional, always cheery and ready to help without being intrusive. The dining experience exceeded all my expectations, with a variety of delicious options. The facilities were top-notch, leaving me completely satisfied with my choice.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location was excellent for parking and accessing shops, bars, and restaurants, the room was incredibly noisy due to traffic, although being at the rear helped reduce the noise levels. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to assist, but the view from the room onto a car park was disappointing.
The rooms are in a dedicated building halfway between the station and the Roman Baths and Abbey, with food shopping conveniently close. The service is excellent, going out of their way to be helpful, and the location is extremely well presented, truly in the heart of the city. The dining experience exceeds all expectations with a nice touch of a stocked pantry. However, the room division needed replacing, and the lower floor location to the backyard could be better. Overall, a great value for money stay.
I stayed at this hotel overlooking a main street, and although the rooms were exceptionally clean and had everything we needed, the noise at night from boisterous crowds and lorries was quite disturbing. However, the excellent location made up for the noise issue, and the spotless rooms catered to our needs perfectly.
The apartment was a great base for our stay, offering a central location close to all the attractions and facilities we needed. The room was well equipped but could get hot at times, which made sleeping a bit challenging. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The dining experience was satisfying, especially with the nice touch of having cereals and hot food options available. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay at a good value.
I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious rooms with 2 bathrooms; it was great having everything we needed and more. The spotlessly clean and well-appointed room, along with the lovely comfortable bed and extra heating, made for a cozy stay. However, a fresh coat of paint could enhance the overall experience.
The apartment is beautifully equipped throughout, especially the kitchen, which was lovely, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. It's hosted the hot water boiler/tank to the rest of the apartments and is in the best location right in the middle of Bath city center with all its amenities. The service is very friendly and helpful, though there was a small issue with the hot water timing. The location is perfect, very close to all restaurant areas, shopping areas, and historic sites. The dining experience was of very good quality with a nicely set-up apartment. Overall, a home from home experience with all the amenities needed.
I was thrilled with my stay at this hotel. The room was located on the ground floor, boasting its own private entrance off St James Parade, offering a clean and tidy space with plenty of room after weeks of cramped hotel rooms. The location in the center of Bath, just a 5-minute walk from the train station, was perfect for exploring the city.
