I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was superb, just a stone's throw away from the shopping area and train station with plenty of shops and restaurants around. The room I stayed in was fabulous, spacious, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The service was exceptional, always cheery and ready to help without being intrusive. The dining experience exceeded all my expectations, with a variety of delicious options. The facilities were top-notch, leaving me completely satisfied with my choice.

The service is excellent, going out of their way to be helpful, and the location is extremely well presented, truly in the heart of the city. The dining experience exceeds all expectations with a nice touch of a stocked pantry. However, the room division needed replacing, and the lower floor location to the backyard could be better. Overall, a great value for money stay.

It's hosted the hot water boiler/tank to the rest of the apartments and is in the best location right in the middle of Bath city center with all its amenities. The service is very friendly and helpful, though there was a small issue with the hot water timing. The location is perfect, very close to all restaurant areas, shopping areas, and historic sites. The dining experience was of very good quality with a nicely set-up apartment. Overall, a home from home experience with all the amenities needed.
